Exchanges and refunds
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at honeymoon.candles@gmail.com 

Payment Plans

Our personal payment plans are tailored to you, and require a non-refundable deposit. When entering the payment plan agreement, you are agreeing to pay each instalment on time, with the guarantee that once your item has been paid, it will then ship out to you. Please note that any payments made after are also non-refundable. By entering the agreement and accepting the terms and conditions at checkout, you are accepting this agreement.
